Life is good outdoors, in the heart of Naumburg and yet far away from everyday life. We particularly enjoy serving food in the peaceful tranquil garden, and this place in the centre of the cathedral city is also atmospheric for celebrations and receptions. Especially lovely: rent exclusively and stay completely among yourselves.

Culinary delights in the open air – picnic for two in the Tuscany of the north. Enjoy a full picnic basket from Gasthof Zufriedenheit and the corresponding wine from the Pawis winery in the open air amid the vines, surrounded by buzzing bees and vineyard snails.

Um 19 Uhr wurden die prämierten Restaurants im aktuellen Gault Millau 2025 veröffentlicht. Ich bin stolz, dass wir uns seit Jahren das erste Mal verbessern konnten. Wir wurden erstmalig mit einer roten Haube ausgezeichnet, dass heißt: “sehr empfehlenwert – herausragend in seiner Kategorie”
Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem Team der Küche und des Restaurants. Trotz der herausfordernden Umstände des vergangenen Jahres gehören wir weiterhin zu den Top Adressen in unserem Bundesland.
“Schon am Morgen macht die Frühstücks-Etagere mit Rindertatar, Bündnerfleisch und Räucherlachs mit Thymianquark die Gäste zufrieden. Ab Mittag geht es im eleganten Restaurant des Boutiquehotels weiter mit moderner, ansprechend präsentierter Saisonküche. Dann gibt es zum Beispiel bei niedriger Temperatur gegarte Spanferkelschulter mit Sellerie, Rahmkraut und Knödel oder Topinambursuppe mit Trüffel und Kalbsbries-Tasche. Stets stehen auch vegetarische Gerichte und Menüs zur Wahl, etwa Ravioli mit fermentiertem Quark, Gelber Bete, Buchweizen und einem Sud mit Fenchelpollen. Nachmittags werden Tartes, Kuchen und selbst gemachtes Eis serviert.”
